ATAR99 is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA), the Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC), or any state or territory curriculum or assessment authority.

“VCE”, “ATAR” and other course, exam and qualification names are trademarks or property of their respective owners, used here for identification and descriptive purposes only.

Practice materials are exam-style questions aligned to the current study design and are not official examination papers unless expressly stated. Worked solutions, marking schemes and AI-assisted marking are provided as a study aid to guide revision — they are estimates, may contain errors, and are not official results, feedback, or a prediction of any actual exam outcome or ATAR.

ATAR99 makes no guarantee of any particular exam result or ATAR. Always refer to your school and the relevant official authority for definitive requirements and assessment.

By creating an account or using ATAR99, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate details and don't share your account with others.

Acceptable use. Use ATAR99 for your own study. Don't copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute our questions, solutions or other content, and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Subscriptions & billing. Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider (Stripe). You can cancel at any time from your account and will keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Prices may change on notice.

Content & accuracy. We work to keep material in-syllabus and correct, but we can't guarantee it is free of errors. Content is provided “as is” for study purposes.

Intellectual property. The ATAR99 name, design, and original content are ours or our licensors'. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own study.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, ATAR99 is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including reliance on any score, feedback or content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

What we collect. Your account details (such as email and display name), your practice activity (attempts, answers, scores and progress), and basic technical data needed to run the service.

How we use it. To provide and improve ATAR99 — to grade and mark your work, track your progress, personalise practice, process payments, and keep the service secure.

Who we share it with. We use trusted providers to operate the service: hosting and database (Supabase), payments (Stripe), and AI providers that mark written answers. They process data only to provide their service to us. We don't sell your personal information.

Your answers & AI marking. When you use AI marking, the relevant question and your written answer are sent to an AI provider to produce feedback. Don't include personal or sensitive information in your answers that isn't needed for the question.

Your choices. You can view and update your details in Settings, and delete your account at any time. Deletion is reversible for a short window (sign back in to restore), after which your data is removed, subject to any records we must keep by law.
